Job Description
Bell and Horn is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Human Resources Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career in HR. You’ll support the HR team in a variety of functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and administration. With mentorship and training, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding by coordinating orientation sessions, preparing new hire materials, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Help maintain HR records, manage employee data, and update the HR database.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing company events and wellness programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in HR policies and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
